Want to do it all? The Gold Medal Membership includes unlimited use of our fitness room and cardio equipment, as well as unlimited group fitness classes. Also included in your membership is a one-hour initial consultation with one of our trainers. And like our other memberships, you’ll also have access to our locker room, showers, and towel service.

Not a Member? Perhaps you’re in town on business or here visiting family or friends. Or maybe you want to check out On Track before signing up for a membership. No problem. Purchase a Day Pass for $10, good for the use of our fitness room and cardio equipment. Or take one of our group fitness classes. The cost is $10 per class. If you have any questions, just ask!
