Custom Food and Activity Driven Meal Plan

Choose this plan if you feel that you already have a good grasp on your meal and exercise planning but would like to use our 7 day food intake and exercise log to analyze your current plan and receive detailed modifications to your current plan to maximize your nutrition to achieve your goals.  $49

Custom Exchange Driven Meal Plan

Choose this plan for a more flexible meal plan.  You will receive an exchange list of macronutrient profiles for you to choose from for each meal.  Your plan will include how much protein, carbohydrate and fat is recommended for each meal and you will choose from a list of meals that meet that profile. $49

Custom Meal Driven Plan

Choose this plan to learn exactly what and when to eat each day and to receive custom meal plans with your food preferences and goals in mind. $49

Health Coaching

Monthly Health Program

Our ongoing monthly program is designed to provide consistent, hands on support towards a long term goal of overall wellness. Please note this includes a comprehensive analysis of nutrition, diet, sleep and stress.
$300 first month (includes baseline analysis)

Performance Nutrition

PERFORMANCE NUTRITION PLAN

This plan is ideal for the self guided athlete who already has an exercise routine in place and is looking for specific guidance to boost performance. $300


7 Day Dietary Analysis

An analysis of your current diet to see if you are getting all that you need from what you eat in order to meet your goals.  This includes guidelines for what kinds of changes you should make and suggestions on how meet specific dietary needs based on your exercise routine and goals. $149


RACE DAY / RACE WEEK

A nutrition plan for the race day, the week prior, and post race refueling.
Ironman and Half Ironman $225
All other plans $150


CONSULTATIONS
These hour long session are for the athlete looking to review and tweak an existing plan.
60 min. session $70

INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS

Occasional one-on-one personal training sessions are great for the self-motivated individual who wants a training plan and periodic check-ins. They’re also perfect for those watching their budget—get the benefits of working with a trainer without the financial commitment of a multi-session package. One-on-one Personal Training Session $50

Massage Therapy

Please call us at 865-2226 to schedule your massage. We offer appointments in 30, 60, or 90 minute sessions.

Gym Membership

Membership to On Track is $55/month.  We do not charge initiation or joining fees and there are no long term contracts or commitments.  All we require is a 30 day notice if you need to cancel your membership at any time!
