Instead of utilizing machines and exercises to train muscles we use exercises that train patterns. These exercises require balance, control, coordination and multiple muscles and joints working together to perform movement. Our programs all begin with a physical assessment which measures the four pillars of health—-mobility, core control, strength, and cardiovascular fitness—--in order to determine how well your body moves. This assessment is used to prescribe the appropriate program and provide the understanding of your body’s individual needs in order to be healthy, function properly, and reach your unique goals. Along the way, we incorporate specific measurable standards that check your level of physical health and ensure progress

Endeavor training is appropriate for people who need introductory level training, need to learn the basics, have very specific goals, want a more personalized experience, or simply need more schedule flexibility.

Fortitude Training Systems

Workouts that are greater than the sum of their parts.

FTS (fortitude training systems) are small group workouts, limited to 8 people, that are designed to balance and improve each of the 4 pillars of health. They are purposefully structured to provide expert guidance and more interactivity than a traditional fitness class. Because the instructor does not participate in the workout, they are able to focus on proper execution of the exercises with an eye towards the unique goals of each of the group’s members. Functionally akin to personal training, these workouts offer direct coaching access with fees that are shared by the group.

Mint Conditioning

For the Top of The Class.

Mint conditioning is an affordable program for adults 65+ that is designed with a specific focus on functional longevity. All sessions incorporate exercises that address each of the four pillars of physical health – mobility, core control, strength, and cardiovascular fitness. Sessions are coached in a large group format, offering both motivation and companionship.

This ensures that exercises are being performed safely, with a specific focus on reinforcing proper movement patterns. This approach is informed by years of managing fitness centers and bearing witness to countless examples of time being spent with no results or preventable and predictable injury incurred by DIY fitness enthusiasts. For us, this reflects a business model that has been years in the making.
